Has anyone here put in for mental health leave? I am seriously thinking of talking about it with my therapist on Thursday. I'm having heartburn, insomnia, multiple migraines a week (almost threw up today during my planning period 🤢). I've gained weight, I'm miserable all the time, I'm 39 and healthy but I honestly thought I was having a heart attack a week ago. I'm so anxious I'm short of breath most of the time.

Would like to know your experiences...
