Just met with someone today who had a four page resume. I think one page is the standard still, isn’t it? Sure I have a lot of experience but isn’t there an art to editing down? Agree/disagree?

I feel like I will be more successful if I aim to do 5-10 minutes of exercise every hour or two rather than squeezing in a 30-60 minute workout on working days. Do you think this is pointless, ex: doing 10 reps of an exercise far and between, since my heart rate wouldn’t be elevated for as long?

Hello everyone, recently I had the last round of interviews. I have 8.9 years of experience. How much can I get for data engineering if they happen to select me and when should I expect the response.

Anyone know of any female fitness influencers (other than Blogilates, who I love) on IG/TT who do both pilates & heavy weight lifting? Tip while joining a big organization virtually:

Request phone number of people you meet during induction and Create a whatsapp group.

In the initial days everything is new and you would be running pillar to post to figure how to do mundane task like filling timesheet, log in credentials, vpn access, raising service desk tickets and so many more things.

In large organisations, while working virtually we don't have right point of contacts to get our queries resolved. This whtsapp grp will help

Capgemini pay at end of april ao i may get leaa variable pay as of this cycle and it depends on company performance.

I absconded in the month of April (informed to Manager) and he asked to resign officially and then abscond so I did the same. Now Officially I am out of company in the last week of July(as per notice period it was LWD). And in first week of Aug they send me email stating give reason in writting for absentism or else they will take disciplinary action(may be termination) so what is going on? why would any company bother to take disciplinary action post last working day?any other thoughts please

I am working as a JL6 employee (8 years of IT exp) in Infy with an approx CTC of 17.5 lpa (including allowances). I have a got a verbal offer from TCS for Rapid Automation Lead (C3A band) in the CoE team with 50% hike on my current CTC. Though I have asked for 60% hike, HR said she will get back to me on my ask. Now, there is a possibility that Infy might initiate UK visa for me in the upcoming months which would be ICT visa only. Just wanted your thoughts on TCS' work culture etc.
