1) ask the investor to buy the land and lease it to me (maybe free) and that's their contribution
2) use the land as my backing for the loans and investments
3) have the investors be a commercial real estate group
4) or something much more realistic

I have been assigned to project in tcs. I will be introduced to client only when I complete certain certification. I have been asked to complete it within a week. I am trying my best and giving 4-5 hrs daily to prepare.

I am a little bit worried about this. Can someone tell me how does this impace the growth in tcs. If one doesn't complete a certification what actions are taken. I Joined last week. As I come from a product based company I have done certifications but there was no pressure
