Also those who are managers what do you expect one should have in order to get this opportunity.

I gave my interview in Tata Consultancy one month back (May 28th). Now In TCS ibegin portal my status is evaluated. On july 12th Hr told me she initiated offer letter from her side. It needs to go through some approvals and it takes 2 days to time. But it's been a week, yet I haven't received any offer letter. Today I called hr, but she is not answering my calls. Will I receive offer letter ?? How many days it takes??

I am a fresher by I joined Tcs 3 months back and I have been put in a OMS unit and they want me to learn Java html angular and a lot of things
As I used to work on python it's little bit challenging for me and to be honest I want to work on python and grow in that technology but I got this instead
