8.7 YOE , Joined wipro 4 months back with 26.5+1lac JB. Skills business analytics. My current project does not follow agile processes at all, very relaxed client. However what im worried is after 2 years would interviewers expect me to have handled a project all alone and acted as a product owner. Thats what i sense once i have 10 YOE, if i switch it would be 6th company, (2 years break due to MBA ofcourse)

I have started career in startup they gave salary in cash after 2years that I joined tcs as fresher and worked 1 year and now joining nagarro as experienced.

Will nagarro ask for my first company (startup) payslips ?? I got experienced and relieving letters from my startup.

Perhaps this is a silly question, but how did people here decide on their career path? I feel really burnt out in my current job and want to transition to a new role, but I can’t decide on what path I want to take, and I don’t know if trying to stay in the same field but perhaps a different environment might change how I feel. To put things in perspective, I’m only a year out of undergrad and trying to figure out if I should apply to grad school or pivot career paths.

How many more layoffs at Razorfish? Looks like there are cuts virtually every month... doesn't look like sapient is doing that well either. Merger is going to be rocky..

Hi guys, from Last 3.5 years I am working on a support project and iam earning 11.5LPA, same work everyday. Basically I am working on production operations, so I don't have much technical experience. Previously I've worked on etl talend support project now working on my clients own tool like talend. I don't think I can work as devoloper in near future. How can I improve my skills. I don't think I can make switch because what if I get devlopment project. Give your suggestions to improve myself.

I wanna simply decline the offer discussion or reject the offer.

I need an advice/suggestion here. I got an offer from 2 different organisations and choose one among them (Role: Analyst) because of the culture and benefits. And the other offer has a good pay and good designation (Associate Consultant) rather than the one I choose. Now i feel very low due to this decision that I took. I got an email from TCS to submit all the documents. I had given one telephonic round alone after that they have taken myself along with Aadhar card photograph screenshot 2 days back. No interview happened except telephonic.

Does it mean I'm done with interview process or should I expect further rounds in future
