Hello, I have received an offer from Southwest Airlines as a Associate Technology Analyst with their direct college hire program. Will be graduating in May with a degree in MIS and also have internships experience as a Business Systems analyst intern. The salary compensation started off at 66,500 but was looking for the 75k range and they got back to me saying the best they can do is 68,500. They also have a 401k company match up to 9.3%. Do you think this is a solid offer for this job market?

TCS is no where close to the work culture of Accenture. It is Indian Management that you report too which makes it difficult for worklife balance.
It's not about reporting. It is about culture and Accenture I have many friends working there and it does have a great culture atleast in NA.
Do not jump to TCS.
TCS with 10 YoE is going to be nowhere close to that base. Stay at ACN
Lol I think you're just misinformed. There's no other reason I would have left ACN for TCS than the money. They're poaching bc they want to build out the US based teams so more clients take TCS capabilities seriously
Accenture is leaps and bounds ahead of TCS in all areas...salary...training.. opportunities etc. Forget TCS
I work at TCS and at the higher levels for sure the culture is really really good. Great work life balance. Company is growing and knowing a lot of people at Accenture TCS is better.
You’d be taking a giant career step backwards
That’s true my project has 3 BY WMS and 2 BY Planning req. You will definitely get more than $145k. But for career growth point Accn may be a better option.
