I am not sure how much hike you are getting but your salary will be in the higher end comparing the existing employees so please don't expect WLB anywhere when you are switching. They are paying you more not to give you WLB. If you need WLB they ask for below market standard salary
Exp*3 it's just a generic formula based on indian market. May not be applicable to everyone. Say for example IITians are getting huge salary.

Worked for them for couple of months, at least in US, they seem to operate horribly. Extremely unorganized, no proper plans, patch work, crazy politics. Wouldn’t recommend at all
You end up working around the clock accomplishing nothing due to extremely messy works.
