ask for 140 and expect 125

125 is really low for SM.

At least 170k + 20k sign on

EY1- do you speak from experience or is that a pipe dream? It's def. above payscale and Glassdoor

Mid tier firm gave me $170K +25k sign on in south west region (not Texas) as a senior manager

My H1B visa transfer with EY has been approved. We have received the e-approval. Can I now resign or give notice at my current firm?
