If PwC hands out 50k bonuses to M&A tax folks. I'm going back to the office for my baby Yoda coffee mug and switching firms.
To level set, meeting deadlines is a expectation not a achievement. As a manager in tax I think bonuses are around 10-20k. But hitting deadlines (outside of extreme circumstances) is not going to get you to the upper range. They are looking for tangible differentiators meaning things you did to reduce budget, increase fees, or contribute to the overall firm/practice. Again this is my understanding at PwC but Cohnreznick may be different.
If you're working at Cohn as a manager, don't expect to see a 20k bonus. Possibly 10k tops.
Yeah $20k would be nice. $10k for average performance. Obviously more bonus is always better.
50k HCOL. I know pwc paid this to some people.
It was very selective lol
Wow nice
At RSM, tax managers get around 5k to 7k. Typically maxes out at 7% of salary for highest performers, most get 5%.
Ewwwww that's not good at all
