Any Chicago realtor recommendations?
Recently Store Managers have been offering me jobs from different locations but same company in my town. The company is T-Mobile. It’s going to be my first job. I have a couple questions for any former/current employees. Is it better to work for T-Mobile, metro by T-Mobile, or a third party T-Mobile? Any difference in benefits or wage? Thanks

I have a weird experience with KPMG India . Two weeks ago I had salary negotiation with the HR manager. He told me that the offer will be released in a couple of days but I haven't received the offer letter yet.I tried reaching out to the HR manager but didn't receive any response. Shall I take it as no?

1. NPS gives you additional 50K exemption.
2. Health insurance. It is wise to have addition health insurance other than corporate which employer provides. This covers you during the time when you switch company. Also, when you retire you will hv to pay less premium for your existing insurance.
To add to this NPS can be claimed in 3 categories. 80C, 80CCD1B, 80CCD 2.
I see many people are not aware of 80CCD2. It can be availed if you are a salaried employee. Your employer can pay on your behalf which will be tax free. Check for terms and conditions.
I did this and and took benefit of extra 50k.
Go for NPS and medical insurance for parents. 50k for NPS and 25k for parents medical insurance premium. Also if you make charitable donations you can claim that. Also start investing in stocks instead of FD of mutual funds. You will get benefit of tax harvesting - has nothing to do with the income tax on your salary but reduces your taxes on earnings from investments.
