Tax question - when do you make estimated tax payments quarterly? I gained 100k in Nov 2020 (before that I was in losses) and my salary is ~150k. Should I have paid an estimated payment on Jan 15th?

If there is a sought after Director for a practice being built up at PwC. Has there ever been a time that a director can go straight to partner if they have an external offer that is quite compelling ?

Basically that offer would be 1st year partner salary and build off that ? Or PwC likes to stick to it's process and only other option is down the road consider direct Admit partner?

I’m a credentialing coordinator in downtown NY in the “Big Apple”. Currently making $46,000. They also expect me to get my certification in CPCS, which they pay for. However I was told that if I get my certifications my salary will bump to the 50’s range. With this inflation and all, I personally think this is low. I have got an offer from JP Morgan Chase.
Designation - Associate (602)
CTC - 33 fixed + 10-12% bonus (expecting total around 36-37 LPA)
Joining date - 15th Sept
Have accepted the offer letter. Wanted to know, how the offered CTC is compared to current market standards.

Alternate offer - Q2 software
CTC - 37.5 LPA (33 LPA fixed + rest stocks)

Currently PM at microsoft but considering switching to a startup in Amsterdam. Pay will be lower, but am excited about company/people/mission.
