Yes. If there is a need in another office, people will be asked to move. I also know many senior managers up for promotion that have been told they need to relocate in order to get promoted

@OP usually the HCOL areas are dying for more people. Transferred from one HCOL to another as an associate and it was pretty easy.

It gets harder really if you’re moving to a smaller office or you are changing groups. However most tax/audit big 4s are so strapped for people esp in HCOL areas, it should not be difficult for any level

Why does PwC Law take almost 2 years as compared to other companies such as Apple, Google, Amazon etc. take only 1-1.5 years for the whole I140 approval process. Does all Big 4 make you wait for long to get your I140?

How are the Big 4 offices doing with bodies for this spring busy season? I've seen B4 poach many from Mid-Tiers in my HCOL city. People I never expected to go. Are they just taking anybody to fill gaps? The pay raises for jumping were huge so now feeling the FOMO to jump too but don't want to walk into a catastrophe.
