Hello fishes, Need suggestions. I am working in a support project and the technology is O365 and SharePoint(on premises exchange included).I have 2 yoe in same field( it is my first job). I am thinking to switch the technology, I am afraid that as I don't have hands on experience on any other technology, will companies consider my resume for other role of I learn other technology through online courses Please provide your suggestions and thought
We are supposed to have a Zoom faculty meeting next week (not all faculty at the same time). Who would've thought! 😂
Interviewed with @Deloitte (North America). I was told that they will provide an update in 2 weeks. It's been more than a week now. Doesn't sound very positive. Any thoughts? I believe it was one and only interview. PS: can you rely on job portal for most recent status?
I had final round interviews at Deloitte last Friday, July 30th…I’d be an “experienced hire” joining at the Senior Consultant level. When should I expect to hear back?
I am interviewing at D and two industry roles ( change management leads, on a team of change practitioners so not a leader of a coe). Thinking of the role(s) after this next role (senior managers, directors), will it be a mis-step to never have done consulting/client services if many of the job posting list 3-5 years or more in consulting? Am I shooting myself in the foot if I take an industry role again)? I would be coming in an a senior consultant at D. Continued below in comments
For those who have been laid off, what does it look like right before? (like HR schedules a meeting with you?). I have this really bad pit in my stomach. No trolling or sarcastic stuff please.
The client deleted half of our suggestions, but ended up in a much higher IRR and NPV. Maybe we should have swapped roles…
Negotiating comp and hoping to source some advice, 9 yoe most recently pivoting from consulting to a pre IPO tech co. Their starting offer was TC of ~300k, does this sound reasonable or should I be negotiating harder? Finance & strategy role
Interviewed with Citi Bank twice, was told to expect a response in the next week or so. It’s been almost two weeks since the last interview, is it reasonable to follow up? Don’t want to come off as demanding or entitled, since I know COVID has everything moving a bit slower. At the same time itching to get out of my current position ASAP
Anyone interact with the Product Team at Workday Prism Analytics? Looking to understand more about the interview process, team culture, WLB, comp, etc.
Novice question - are formulas expensive - can someone give me a ballpark for a good organic formula? I am pregnant with my second and don’t think I can manage a toddler and go through breastfeeding with a new born all by myself. Also open to combo feeding ideas where I breast feed during the day and formula during the night if you have done something like that.
When someone walks off a small aircraft, has to wait for their bag and freaks out that there connection is in 40mins. Trust me lady you'll make it. Especially at PHL or any airport. Legit.
I’m trying to fix my resume, so I can be fully prepared if more layoffs happen at ACN. I really want to include client names, rather than a long description. I know about the NDAs, but what if we’re not disclosing confidential info and the partnership is public? What do you guys suggest? I really want my resume to be noticed.
What are your tried-and-true techniques for when a client cuts you off to ask a “clever” question that you have answered on the literally next slide?
Hello everyone, I was laid off a few months ago working as a Business Analyst for a well known EHR company. I have been having a pretty rough time getting interviews. For those who wouldn’t mind, may I get some feedback on my resume?
OMG. This toolbag is clearly Of The Big 4 Tribe, but apparently travels with an actual fucking guitar (!) and is such a precious flower his rollaboard is longitudinal to the overhead compartment.
