TCS offered me 9.6 LPA, But current I'm having offer for 14.5 if i ask them to renegotiate will they able to do it.

Some people are telling stories they may revoke the offer and they never hire you is that true I'm totally scared 😨

Hello Everyone! Had a discussion yesterday regarding “claw backs” being included in a policy for sponsorship if the new employee leaves before 3 years. It was a declining percentage over a three year period. My POV was that it wasn’t something I’ve ever done and didn’t seem like they were sure of the hire they were making. I get wanting to save costs but at the same time doesn’t feel inclusive or welcoming. Thoughts? Have you done this or seen it work? Thanks!

Any idea If we can change basic pay in TCS. It’s very hard to save tax with such low basic

Not sure why TCS even conducts multiple technical rounds and rejecting candidates after submitting all the required documents saying your salary expectations are too high for our pay grades. Rather than why cannot they specify the salary bracket that they have been looking for clearly even before HR schedules the interview. Atleast candidates can decide if they want to go through all this process and ending up with no offer which will have an impact on morale.

Joined tcs 4 months back and now I resigned. I been mapped to us client project from day 1 I joined tcs and got good appreciation in the 3 months of time that I can do any assignment tasks from client.

Now I got offer from Telstra as a permanent role which was my earlier client and I resigned in tcs.

CTC in tcs is 16 lpa and now in telstra it is 20 lpa .
Yoe is 8 .Now they are offering me H1 in retention.egat else can I ask them for retaining or what would be best advice for me.
