The best one is whichever has higher comp package offer

like

TCS

package is preferred here as both have good job security and wlb

TCS

Capgemini since its cost center based not profit center based like tcs.

Tcs has much better job security and CG has better hikes and CTC(usually).
Tcs has much better Europe onsite.
You cannot join TCS again if you leave once after joining.
So choose TCS if you plan for onsite n long term.
Choose CG for better hikes.

Actually CG has also very good onsite too as being an european company their EU business unit is having most of their business in multiple domains like SAP,ORACLE,salesforce, AWS etc

like

TCS is the best option - if you have same compensation offered !!

TCS

CG over TCS anyday, if your role is direct client billable.

Your thoughts.
I know even techies or mba people have worked and moved from these org and they have their reasons to take a big role in big4 or smaller role in tech just because of the pay and wlb. For eg PM profile and onsite opportunities associated with tech co.
