Is it realistic to expect/look for 120k+ total comp. as an exit package with less than three yoe at a T2 firm? What’s perhaps a range being from tech consulting/tech strategy?

Interviewing for an ESR role, but had a coffee chat with a BDR “gearing up for an ESR role” BDR then said I was a better fit for BDR role 2. Recruiter would not disclose salary, but asked for range in Og interview 3. BDR “joked” about getting service set up in my building on interview Should I run?

Already at MBB. Went to T10 undergrad. Dream exit is health tech. Applied R1 and only got into Kellogg. It sure would be fun to explore and network for 2 years. But not convinced Kellogg is enough of a leg up for my network or career prospects versus current MBB role to be worth the financial/opportunity cost.
