I have a weird experience with KPMG India . Two weeks ago I had salary negotiation with the HR manager. He told me that the offer will be released in a couple of days but I haven't received the offer letter yet.I tried reaching out to the HR manager but didn't receive any response. Shall I take it as no?
@other BD folks at Deloitte KPMG EY PwC - how technical are you? I got brought in to sell a tech heavy solution that combines Red Hat, Salesforce, Service Now and I feel like I’m WAY out of my depth. I’m hitting numbers now but still have a heavy dose of imposter syndrome.
Any tips on how to get more technical? Or how to manage as a non-technical person in a very technical space??

I do one page. I don’t think there’s any real reason to go into exhaustive detail. That’s what the interview is for

1 page. Although I'm relatively inexperienced compared to you.
I have two pages - have my recent experience and all skills/tech related to the positing spelled on first page. Then education and some relevant former projects on second.
Also less experienced than you. ~ 1/2
2 is good. Less is better.
Same YOE... have gone into 2nd page (1.5 pp total)
I prefer to keep it to one page. I’ve got 15 years experience and have worked for 4 different companies in three different industries. My early career stuff is basically irrelevant now, so the details are omitted unless the role specially is looking for something I randomly did back in the day.
It also pays to optimize your layout so you’re not wasting space in the margins, title, and spacing. It shouldn’t feel cramped, but there doesn’t need to be 1.5” margins either.
I've got several versions of my resume--my background is product management and IT project/program management, so I've got a version that's tailored to each. They are about 1.25, 1.5, and 2 pages long. I've got ~15 years of experience, 11 of which are relevant these days.

Same years of experience. Recently cut my CV to one page. No one cares what I did more than 3 years ago.
