Team just had an open discussion about diversity. Found it really awkward to actually find myself express the truth about how it is to work as a black professional to others that might not understand

My work is highly focused on inclusion and today, while driving through the park, I felt bad for laughing at a group of larpers. They have nerf combat gear, too. I tried hard not to be insensitive to them being their true selves but i laughed … hard! And now I feel bad for laughing at them.

Millenials we should be given our props. I truly believe we inspired the #1 interview question for companies customer support position. "Please share with us what diversity and inclusion mean to you and why they're important."
