Market has sold off as I suspected from last week's highs and on a 4 hour basis, it's actually getting worse. That being said, we came within 10 S&P points of the initial target this morning. It's a Monday and a slight retrace is possible. Given the news on Europe and the re-emergence of Covid there, and the seasonally weak patterns in the market, I do think that 3000-3100 is possible here in the next 5 weeks. It wouldn't take many days like today to get there.
Noob question, but please help me out 🐟- For a personal reason, I didn't make any 401k contributions this year. Now I want to hit as much as possible of the 18k limit. If I set my contribution -contd

Witnessing Democratic Party civil war during election year is interesting. One hand you have old fashioned union democrat who are not on board with defund the police and some other crazy narratives. On the other hands you have so called progressive pushing their wishlist. Interesting to see who will win, or it might emerge a third party? Thoughts?
Who here freelances in the digital marketing space, specifically SEM and SEO? What are your rates like for hourly work or audits? I focus on SEM & I charge $150-200/hr (10+ yrs experience), and audits are generally quoted at 5-25 hours depending on the size and complexity. Some possible clients balk at the rates, and others accept easily (money left on table).I feel like when I'm auditing accounts run by some bad agencies, I should charge a % of savings, but that introduces some complexities

Apologies in advance for the newbie question but could someone explain the main benefits of INDEX MATCH being better than VLOOKUP?
