team, please help which country/company/job provide long term career in the IT, so much company india, have different rules, different times, have to earn future needs, past companies after years nowadays staying upto 8 years with company is not promising about project/job/tasks, even skill upgrades from field, consulting, supporting, devops, cloud etc

How different is WD training for consultants vs. clients? I recall that there was a mix of consultants and clients in my HCM Core course. The only difference was the extra week of practice and exam for consultants.

Is this the same for other modules? Asking because I’m on the client side now and will be taking some courses. Want to know if I’ll be receiving the full package. TIA!

I have been working in hcl and the project is very good here. I have put the papers and hcl is ready to retain me but not adding increased amount in CTC . This will be given as project allowance until it gets merged .
->As it will be recovered before I complete one year --- My query is that post one year ,if merger takes time ,will it be recoverable again post year .
->Is it good to be retained ,if project is good in terms of skill enhancement.

When I joined my company, I was brought on as an assistant for a former employee who taught me everything I know about my role. I came with on no prior insurance experience but caught on quick. Hi there, I got an offer for an early stage cyber security saas startup in Canada and they offered me 130k base and 10-15% commissions which they estimated at 160-240k additional a year. They only have 1 sales person at the moment and I would be 2nd and they are hiring for 3 more. I’ve always been on a 50:50 model and never done the % of revenue. Average deal size is 40k. I got 12 yoe in enterprise tech sales. No stock options upfront but potentially after the first 3 months. Good deal?
