Team, sincerely I need motivation to keep up with my interviews. Because it seems the talent guys just want to hear you speak and send you a rejection afterwards. I mean I have gotten to the final stage a couple of times only to be sent the rejection mail. Very demoralizing. I need words of encouragement please.

I went for 3 interviews with a company met with vp and was given package thinking I aced interview there was another candidate 😞 the other person for the job. The VP calls me to tell me I didn’t get position however he wants me to re apply in new year that something else will be open, and that he wanted to keep a copy of my resume what does this mean ? Should I apply again in new year or don’t bother ?

A recruiter reached out to schedule an initial call. After I responded, I was ghosted. No real question just seems so strange since they reached out to me.

Why I am unable to get a single interview call. Where i am going wrong. i am trying since march and its already been more than 5 months. Could anyone give suggestions on how to prepare resume to get shortlisted for FAANG companies?

I completed my first round interview with wipro. I belive I didn't perform well at interview and left interview in middle as my manager in current company ringing phone constantly . But suprisingly after a week I got call from recruiter stating 1st interview is cleared and there is a HR round without any L2 round. And HR round was also done package was decided and recruiter sent some links for bgv and said offer gonna be released in next week. Is this a clean process or should I suspect?

Have a “technical” phone interview with an FDD Manager coming up. Any advice on what to study for a “technical” interview? Currently an A2 in audit looking to jump to FDD.

Candidates nowadays don't even have the decency to attend their own interview on time even after rescheduling it thrice as per their availability.

What's a really good "difficult" question that you as a candidate can ask the (big law) interviewer?

Context: I had callbacks at a big law firm while i was in law school and after one partner finished her questions and I finished asking my questions, she told me to ask her a really tough question, something to really stump her. l fumbled and am pretty sure that majorly factored into the rejection.

What would you ask?

I was reached out on LinkedIn by a design manager for a get-to-know call. I have never done a screening call with a design manager before. I haven’t sent her my resume— She didn’t ask, and I completely forgot.
My resume has my portfolio website and a password, but I kinda want to chat with her before sharing my work, so she can see how passionate I am and I am willing to learn before she sees my work. Is it okay if I don’t share my resume before the screening call? Or omit link to my website?

We recently sleep trained our 7 month son. He went from waking up multiple times during night and taking only 30 minute naps 3 times during day (most cases nursed to sleep or rocked to sleep or took a drive) to sleeping 12 hours at night without interruption and two 2 hour naps and one 45 minutes nap during day.
