What is the salary bracket for manager 1 at SDC Kolkata?

Joined in October last year with a fixed pay of 21lpa and feel very underpaid. Total yoe is 6.4.I think I should switch again. Really dislike everything about this firm.

Has anyone asked for a hike in the same company without any other offer in hand by letting them know that you deserve more (providing proof of work & awards)

Just got rejected from PwC. Can I apply again after few months hitting 1 YOE?

I'm currently in a process for senior associate at a Big4. The process began on July, yet between the first and second interview it took like 3-4 weeks. And between the 2nd and 3rd like 7 weeks. I sent an email to HR during those weeks asking for an update and didn't have an answer. Then it a 3rd one was scheduled three times (the manager didn't connect to the first 2) and next week I have the last interview with 1 partner. Is the timing normal? Or were they looking for other candidates or what?

I became current for AOS in October and submitted all my documentation, but still no word from EY Law on submitting it. I don't know what to do 🥺
