Tech family, wondering how agencies deal with the offshore offices at cost efficient countries where they also have local clients, how do they manage the demand for local work vs work from their offices at other countries when it comes to teams. Do they have separated P&L for the local vs offshore work? teams are shared across both businesses or are dedicated teams to each one?
