I got salary breakup from tcs and same time promotion letter from current company.current company gave some hike and lead role. Should I negotiate again with tcs hr for salary.Tcs offered Senior soft engg so m afraid they will cancel offer in case they see my promoted role is lead as they will feel like I will not join them for lower job title ..m I thinking correct or wrong? Please guide me .Iwas thinking to not show this letter n take hike on old salary only.

In my current CTC, I have a consulting bonus which will be given end of 1 year completion. (1Lakh).
