Tech stack or salary? Which one should we aim for? One company uses new frameworks and technology but they offer less while the other company is slightly behind in tech and offer more salary. Which one would be a better choice?

Personally, I would go for money. Makes it easier to do what you want in any tech stack later!

Take the higher salary, especially if it's your first job. Want to be able to leverage for other roles moving forward

Better tech will net you more money in the long run.
