I was searching for IT support role since I want to switch from the e-learning industry to IT I got a call from Tech Mahindra they offered me IT associate role U.S. process with 3.5 LPA, since the package is too low for me I gave interviews and got selected, I didn't accept the offer then HR told me that complete the training of one month and we will give you day shift I mailed the same to management but there is no day shift in the process, now I'm stucked I left my previous job

I received feedback via a 3rd-party recruiter that the company is in the process of creating a req. and will bring me on-site for another interview. Problem: They changed the level to Principal Eng. I got an offer from an company in June 2022. I put my 90 days NP in TCS.
Now with only 20 days remaining, my Person of Contact infomed me that they're keeping my offer on hold and postponing it to 27th oct. They also told me that I should look for other offers as it is also not confirmed.

Probation period: I got one offer at the end of my notice period and was wondering if i can use probation to get one counter offer from someone else.

I think some(most??) Hr might be turned off by the fact that i changed 2 orgs in my 2+ YOE, but due to layoff at my startup i has to get an offer first so i thought i can undersell a bit and get a job fast. I didn't get it fast and so i am now thinking of doing it while on probation.
