I finally got diagnosed with ADD, inattentive type, at 28 years old. I’ve known I had depression and anxiety for years, but the symptoms and treatment never added up. It took WFH in a pandemic to realize maybe I had ADD, and still months of being dismissed and made to feel like I was crazy before I found a doctor to administer the MMPI. I feel validated, finally, but I can’t help feeling grief too over so much lost potential and unnecessary failure, especially in law school and my career.

I recently went through a separation, few current friends and no family, just my kids I spend half my time with. Dealing with anxiety of loneliness, some days more intense then others, but don't feel like I'm ready to start dating yet, want to get my own stuff in order before. I'm watching the film "The Disruptors" and just crying (hellooooo emotional regulation issues). But it's so validating and frustrating at the same time. I've had a terrible several months at work, and I am relating so hard to the struggles even of the school kids in this. Like my boss is the teacher throwing me into the hallway because they are tired of me. It's also comforting to see who has excelled at their passion with it, even if I can't quite find mine and feel like I'm failing.

My lead in Wipro is absolutely horrible and disgusting. Doesn't have any manners, language, is always rude to us when asked with a doubt. He is himself very incapable of either leading the team or providing a solution to a problem. Calls people at odd hours and doesn't care about ethics or solutions.

How do you handle difficult clients? Our agency has a client that asks for MANY corrections yet refuses to pay more for the extra work we're doing for her even if we followed her original guidelines to a T due to a history of this happening before.
