I want to hear everyone's honest opinions on unlimited PTO policies. Call me old-fashioned, but I miss having an allotted number of days we were allowed to use annually. Seems like there are no companies following that model anymore. Unlimited PTO messes with my head and for some reason I get more paranoid about what people are thinking if I do.

22 years old here. Feel nothing but absolute dread when I’m reminded of the state of the world, our bleak environmental future, and the inevitable fractures in community and culture bound to grow even stronger in the next few years. Makes me wonder if I should have kids or not, and what the point of all this living is.
