Lift 4-5x/week, high protein diet, good skincare, limit alcohol and processed foods, drink lots of water and new boobs
Oh I also got a high energy dog which means I now have the imminent threat of my home being destroyed and my mental peace being utterly disrespected if we don’t get 15-20k steps/day. When I’m sick he sometimes lets me get away with 8k though!
I was already fit before I got him but lost another 5ish lbs and am maintaining 18-19% body fat without any other changes because of the additional cardio.

I do stretching/yoga outside as frequently as possible early morning, at or just after sunrise.
1000% starts my day better.
Will do indoors once it’s too cold but still try to get morning sun on my face year round.
OP: The physical poses of yoga (asana) are muscular stretches. Taken as a whole, the asanas completely stretch every single muscle in the body. Yoga was originally designed to prepare the body for meditation by building strength, flexibility and resilience, allowing you to sit comfortably for a long period of time. So it translates pretty well to modern life, where all most of us do is sit at desks all day.
Personal training and making the time/financial commitment to prioritize wellness. Also radically changing my diet and realizing that, for a time, making that sacrifice is worth so much more than whatever I would’ve been eating

A self-care routine.
Monthly hydro facials, daily cardio + lifting, IMF, and try to get in pilates once a week. I’m looking for a trainer now
Look on youtube but it’s basically an exfoliating/lymphatic drainage facial that uses a machine to also apply serums for intense hydration. The quickest way to achieve dewy soft plump skin. I go to a spa that uses biologique recherche and apply skinceuticals c ferulic daily, highly recommend both product lines. If you’re in DC or NYC, Silver Mirror facial bar also has great monthly facial memberships for $60 a month and it’s worth every penny. People usually do hydro facials every 3 months but I’m obsessed. I also recommend daily gua sha.
Got a desk treadmill. Walk 3-5 miles a day, strength train an additional 3-4 days a week. Aim for every meal to be half veggies then mix carbs and protein. Lots of water everyday!
Elliptical in the apartment I use while watching tv or meetings where I don’t have to present. Factor 75 meal service. Just started using a happy light in the mornings. Aiming to run 2-3 times a week and it’s my time to jam out to music. Go climbing 4 times a week with friends. Do regular face masks from lush. Try to attend a yoga class once a week and a strength training class once to twice a week (have been slacking here.) Meditate daily, see my therapist biweekly and do ketamine infusions monthly (my ultimate self care.)
