I have ADHD. Also, I’ve already forgotten the prompt.
I know this is a meant to be an entertaining/funny relatable post, but while I have the target audience…I was wondering if anyone has an experience/recommendation with being diagnosed with ADHD as an adult? I’m currently looking for providers because having ADHD while working from home at your apartment where you live alone for two straight years has literally been a nightmare lol.
Thanks SC 1!!! I totally agree I have a friend who also works in tech remotely in the area who was diagnosed as an adult and the provider he recommended has high ratings but is IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of to schedule an appointment. Still looking for the right psychiatrist in network. Might as my PCP who they recommend as well
