Feeling so unsupported by my SO whenever I have tough life and career situations and need someone who will listen to me, hear me out. He wants me to be constantly cheerful, positive and on the up, then he is eagerly by my side. All other times he hides behind his work or cleaning tasks at home - he can only do concrete task support, but having to listen empathetically or working together to come up with a solution that helps us both, gets him angry and worsens my situation.
