If the company is talking about changing my role from a senior IT business analyst to a business relationship manager role, does anyone have any pros or cons about that type of direction? I have a meeting with my manager next week regarding this type of change and would like to be able to ask questions based off of this new approach.

Does anyone have advice for getting my dog anxiety medicine? We have tried lots of OTC stuff and many professional trainers and they all mention that we need to talk to our vet about anxiety medicine. however, our vet refuses to prescribe it without us going through a behaviorist. The problem is the only behaviorist in our area is $700/session (minimum 2 sessions) and the wait is 5 months. Should I try a new vet or has anyone had luck with a virtual diagnosis?

I got on a Hr call with them and they said they really expect technical product owner to know the nitty gritty of backend like payload or system designs etc, and that I would need to brush up on backend knowledge if i want to pass their technical interview.

So in the middle of a salary negotiation and the employer switches up. First the role was perm now all of a sudden it to changed to temp to hire after I didn't accept the offer and asked for a higher sign on and base. They are proposing 3 months temp and then they will consider perm. Before I respond, I wanted to your thoughts.

Previously joining Adobe, I was in a customer facing role and loved it. I would travel and sell Edtech, pretty good WLB. I joined Adobe under a false job description unfortunately but Adobe is an amazing company to work for but I don’t think I would like joining the sales teams for how slow it is to get approvals etc. I guess to put it short, I feel stuck and I don’t know what to do.
