Interviewed last year out of sheer curiosity, as I had a friend who worked there and hated it. Before I talked to them my recruiter told me they were really trying to up their award show tallies; when I asked T&S what specific things they were doing to make it happen neither gave any sort of actual answer. I was very skeptical going in and that didn’t change.
I think it speaks volumes when their best-known work is the self-promotion stunts they like to pull. I didn’t get into advertising to advertise an advertising agency. Their client projects — especially outside of the nonprofit award ops — are unremarkable.
It’s a good place for a junior/mid to get a lot of production experience, but if you strive to work at the Wiedens of the world, I wouldn’t settle for a stint at T&S.
“ I didn’t get into advertising to advertise an ad agency” lol
Benita cool tho

I partnered with them in an inter agency team situation required by the client. Not the best experience as they often made things pretty but without understanding/addressing the strategic foundational approach of the project. A few good PR ideas came from them, but really not much in the way of big ideas or innovation.
