Do Amazon consider overall performance of all interview rounds for final selection or last round as every round is eliminative?

I gave the 3 rounds of interview for Amazon India SDE fresh grad role.

1st and 2nd rounds were very smooth and interviewers were highly impressed.

In the 3rd round, I solved the question using 1 approach which is most optimal but interviewer asked me to solve via recursion and I couldn't do till end.

Do I have chance of moving forward?

I am a registered nurse with over 10 years experience in various areas, including ER. I’m transitioning to L&D. I originally sent a resume to a post w/$10k sign-on. Before giving an offer, they sent a link stating I had to complete an app. The link showed a $20k sign-on bonus. Now the offer letter arrives with $10k. I’m not being greedy but could def use the extra as I am taking a pay cut for the position. Should I press for the $20k or just sign as is?

I posted this in the Anti-Racist bowl, but this bears repeating for the general public. It is ABSOLUTELY our JOBS to teach kids when there is some form of bias afoot. As an English teacher, this is the crap I am all over. To wit: Each of these posts, a mere TWO DAYS APART, was in reference to players celebrating on the field. One was a 21-year-old white player, the other a 17-year-old Dominican Republic player. I'll let you guess which is about which. And they say, “implicit bias is a myth!” 🤨

I was called upon to read aloud from this book "Allegedly", which has been given rave reviews, during a break between lessons in a 7th grade math class. I'm a former Marine and correctional officer so blushing isn't a thing for me. I read it aloud.

I received this message from a digruntled colleague... “I have to be honest and say I think you are doing too much, we are only simple teachers and I think you are going well above of what is expected! This is putting the rest of us under enomous pressure !!” We are all being pushed to the brink during these distance teaching times. Was given a copy of my first evaluation from administration (this is my fourth year working for the school district). Admin didn't know that I went to central office the spring semester of my second year to get a copy of that eval.
When looking at both evals, I found that Admin changed some things after I got my copy which lowered my overall score. Went to my union rep about it, and now I have a conference with my principal. Did I do the right thing, or should I have just let it be?
