MBB Associate / Consultant (4 YOE, 2 post MBA) in India. Spent 2 years at my firm and would make manager / PL end of next year. Have an offer for an 'Analyst' role in Amsterdam for a large consumer goods company's strategy team. The company's great but the role is entry level, which is a little annoying. Any thoughts? I’ve been at my current agency for a few years now, it was my first job out of college. I’ve never been truly happy here but in the past few weeks I’ve been really miserable. My biggest issue is that what I do now is so niche that while I’m doing a good job, it hasn’t prepared me to work anywhere else. I’m always looking for new jobs but worry about losing the stability of what I have, however I know the longer I stay the less likely I’ll be to find something else.
