I've found Headspace, specifically the SOS button, to be quite effective in those times. Meditation helps a lot! The app makes it so much easier. Having some distance with your sorrows is essential. If not meditation, treat yourself to a nice cocktail 😚 Feel better 🙏

Hang in there OP. I've been there a few times. Taking a walk outside helps me. Insight Timer is another great meditation app.
