Everyone else seems to be finding jobs so quickly after being laid off… I’ve been searching for 5 months and keep hitting walls. I’m tired. Depressed. Angry. Sad. I had to start therapy again because it’s all too much and is affecting my ability to function day-to-day. I can’t see the light at the end of the tunnel anymore. How are people able to do this?

I am a big sleeper and it’s very difficult to function without at least 9hr of sleep. Anyone else like that? How do you manage your time to sleep or how can I be more energetic when I get 6-8 hrs?

I might have a spending problem. I don’t think (?) I have a full blown addiction, but I’m cleaning out my closet and finding stuff that is few years old, still with the tags on, and lots of duplicates. Has anyone needed to be on blood thinners during their treatment? Found out I have Factor V Leiden from the genetic testing/bloodwork I did and the clinic referred me to a hematologist. He said I would need to use heparin throughout the process and for a month after egg retrieval while the estrogen levels come down. She could be a very sound sleeper and entirely huddled under the blanket on the floor. Also don’t trust your 12 year old to check under the blanket either before calling 911.

Offer was as follows Base: 155k RSU: 22.5k (90k total over 4 years, 1 year cliff).

I currently make 170k base + ISO (private company so kinda hard to evaluate). I’m 4.5 YOE

I said it needs to be more in 210-220 range in order to switch. She’s going to talk to the manager on Monday and get back to me.
