Do you know of any consulting firms that have diversity in their mission? Which?

I feel like my mother prefers another family member (not her child, but same age and gender as me) more than she does me. I was very excited for a recent milestone event in my life and so was the other family member, whose event my mom is definitely more interested in. Idk why I even bother, maybe I should just come to terms with the fact that my mom doesn't care as much and move on with my life without needing her validation

I am all for equal rights and inclusion and diversity. If we are going to have real change. I need some insights from women fish. Why is it if the internet is down, computer or TV is acting up, it is my fault because I have a penis? This holds true from a diverse set of females - my mother, wife, daughter, etc. When is this inequality going to be addressed?

Should diversity really out-weight experience and education in the hiring process? Thoughts?

After the whole diversity and inclusion push from my firm, I decided to try to create a Jewish group especially given all the anti semitism in the world. I sent an email to HR in beginning of august. My agency is opening up applications for a committee leader for DE&I efforts for the first time ever. This person will be responsible for overhauling how the agency approaches diversity, including employee training, internships, new business model and client communications. However, the role is a voluntary one-year term with no extra pay or incentive. There is no budget for this person to be trained themselves. How are your companies handling new diversity leadership? Should I voice my concern?
