My wife will be quitting her job soon to be a SAHM to our infant. I’m currently on a high-deductible plan at EY (along with my our infant) but my wife is separately insured through her current employer. I’ll be adding her to my insurance (already maxing HSA) ... is there anything else I should be working on? Planning to roll her 401k into an IRA ASAP.

Accenture India Employees - (1) How much does job location matter in getting good projects for a fresher(ASE- Lvl 12) ?
I am currently in Entry Level Pool-Bangalore and will be 'Soft Locked' to Bench in a month's time. I wish to change my job location to either Indore in MP(top priority) or to Pune(MH).
(2) Should I wait till I get a project in Bangalore and then change location only if WFH gets over (if that is possible) or change it right now ?
(3) Any idea till when WFH will last? Thanks 🙏
I received an offer from Accenture for 51 L ( 38.8 fixed + variable ) for level 7 .
Can you please let me know how much of variable pay can I expect to get?
Is that connected to performance rating only ?
Kindly help me in resolving the dilemma
MBA with Total YOE - 7+, relevant YOE- 5.3 , Skills - CYBERSECURITY,GRC, Audit.
I have got two offers
1. Genpact - 27 CTC (24 fixed + 10% variable plus gratuity) Manager level
2. Airbus - 23 CTC + 5 L JB
I really wanted to work with Airbus but they are not budging from the offer of 23 even after I told them I have a better offer from Genpact with better position. HR said they will come back..
You think Airbus will come back with better offer?

Hi guys need referral for ux designer.
Please let me know if someone has the requirement.
I had rented my condo to an unpleasant “condo maintenance company” as my tenant. Had to end the lease prematurely, a lot of trouble. Now I am deducting about $500 from their deposit of $2150, and he is threatening me that “his attorney will be moving forward and pursue every legal right he has as a tenant enforcing the RLTO”.. am I at wrong here? Anyone knows RLTO?
No matter how much good feedback I get and how well received my work is by clients, I constantly assume I’m about to be called in to the CEO’s office and fired.
Why is that?

Shot out to all the chill partners out there who don’t create ridiculous timelines, push back against unrealistic client demands and look out for their associates mental and physical health.
Anyone from Skadden LA here- precisely M&A/PE group? I was wondering what was the culture there and what realistically associates have been billing in 2020-2021. I read that an associate died of a heart attack. Any insight would be appreciated before I think about moving to LA.
Corporate associates - how do y’all review data rooms efficiently? I find it so hard to review 400+ documents/contracts for a transaction while also keeping pace with my other workload. It seems impossible to actually read every line within the required deadline but skimming or searching for key terms has caused me to miss things in the past
When I hear the fact pattern — oh I know exactly how to try that case. They are going downnnn
When I am writing a brief/memo in the aforementioned fact pattern — god grant me the serenity to accept the things idk 😭 and the courage to change the law if I can and the wisdom to know the difference
Does anyone here work at Mintz Levin or have experience with the firm? What is the hours requirement there? Do you have a sense of how Mintz compares with places like Ropes/Wilmer/Goodwin in terms of hours and work life balance?
I have been working very long hours and all weekends since this year started. I really feel like if I don’t take a day or two off i will burn out. I don’t even like the partner i am working for. How can i gently phrase the request for a day off - to avoid the burnout?

Any tips on using Lexis CaseMap to its full potential? I have been tasked with adding a huge wage & hour collective action to the program. We are a couple of months away from discovery ending. 500k+ docs produced via Relatively service. There is so much to do and I’m stumbling around this program. Is Lexis helpful with tutorials? Did you watch YouTube videos? Do you prefer using Excel? I’m anxious about this and just want to do a great job. I appreciate any and all tips.
First year trainee here. Having the standard wobbles but generally surviving.
My question is - how can I tell if I'm doing well? More specifically, what common and avoidable mistakes (specific or general) do trainees make, and what attitude or actions impress you?
Recently overheard some associates complaining about another trainee and now I have the fear... I want to get this right. Thanks in advance.
I’m a first-time prospective lateral likely to get an offer shortly. I just received a lateral questionnaire that requests billable hours, rates, fees collected, etc. for the last three years. Forgive my ignorance but is this normal/standard? Do people actually answer these honestly? One of the reasons I’m leaving my firm is there isn’t enough work in my group so of course my hours are low.
Feeling a bit frustrated as I am making a lot of mistakes. I am a first year at a V10 corporate group, and I keep making mistakes when under time pressure or multitasking on 3-4 deals. I have sent wrong documents, made typos on emails and understood the assignment wrong every now and then. I am worries I come off as incompetent even as a first year.
What kind of car do you drive and how much did it cost? Obviously this depends on a lot of other factors like other expenses (mortgage, student loans, kids, etc.). I've been driving the same car since high school, a 2012 Hyundai Elantra. There isn't anything wrong with it, but I kind of want a car with the newer safety features like blind spot cameras and lane assist. I'm just curious how much other people are spending.
What’s the best brunch spot in NYC I can take my wife and 2 rugrat kids to on Mother’s Day this Sunday? Not the Bagatelle type, if that’s still around (I miss those days…)
