Does anyone have any advice to motivate my 7yo. 2nd grader to try his best at school? We have been doing home schooling now since q4 of kindergarten. Mom & dad WFH and we didn't see the reason to send our oldest to school unmasked and unvaccinated to risk the rest of family / siblings. We celebrate his achievements. Give him report card bonuses. I work in a fast growth population (300% in the last year) that does not have a unified approach to work habits (remote work, flexible hours, etc.)

All roles can be done remotely, but there is a strong in house culture for the revenue teams.

My gut tells me this is a pivotal time for executive leadership to take a soft stance on working expectations - but unsure how realistic that is.

Salary question: Starting to think I’m getting underpaid as I am seeing some high salaries out there and curious to know what others in recruitment are making. Hired at a tech company based out of SF for a remote role. I am east coast based - should I have gotten it in writing that the role is and will be remote?
