As I get older, I'm beginning to realize how little personal time I have since so much of my time and attention is consumed by work. Need some advice—I’m 26wks pregnant and interviewing for new job Monday. They know I’m pregnant already. If they offer me the job, I’ll probably work for 9wks before needing to go out for the baby. How should I negotiate maternity leave? I won’t be eligible for FMLA, but I’ll do the state leave after birth for 8wks. Should I ask them to grant me a few weeks of paid leave as a PTO advance? Thoughts? Ideas?

My boss just told me he'll stop paying for our Notion subscription because he sees no use. This is a guy who still requests you install Skype and won't use Slack like the rest of the team. We have Jira but nobody uses it either.

Need information on the maternity leave procedure in Accenture. I have raised for the LOA with proper reason and it has been approved by my supervisor. But I dont see the case manager as assigned yet. Is it mandatory that the case manager shud be assigned. How to follow up?
