First and foremost, you need to credit you ads and designers by linking to their books. It's just the right thing to do. Plus, you should ask them to do the same for you.
Second, you need to be more heavy handed with your editing. Take a look at every execution, ask yourself if you can convey the same idea with fewer words.
This goes for your resume too. Cut all the extra skills crap. Your Photoshop abilities are not resume worthy. The bagette stuff though, leave that. Keep the weird quirky stuff that let's the reader know about the things that are uniquely you. That's what they are going to be paying you the big bucks for! This is your opportunity to make recruiters/ CDs want to meet you even more.
I like your stuff, I think it has a lot of potential, but I agree that you should edit the executions down. You tend to over-write just a little.
Also, proofread your resume! For instance, it should say *befriended a 69-year-old woman

You’ve got a great start! I would kill the Mr Clean work and move the No Kids Hungry stuff up further, also u have some good headlines in your Headlines page so I would consider pulling out some of the strong ones to build a campaign. Also clean up your About page a little the “blah to blah” bit feels lazy.
