During my time there I experienced being singled out and prompted for an ongoing background check without cause as well as unprofessional behavior from management (calling my emergency contact as a result of being late). I was offered a 10 week severance package, but I am wondering if I can/should negotiate the amount due to my treatment. Does anyone have any suggestions?
