I've resigned my current organization and LWD is 4th July, I've got a job offer at australia they're sponsoring 482 visa, and documents are submitted but visa not lodged as of now.

Should I start working for other company here until i receive visa or should I wait for visa only. Few ppl say it's taking longer than usual but few say if it gets processed visa immigration consultant it will be completed in 20days.

How have other women handled interviewing, getting projects, or promotions where you felt looks have come into play? Have you had different responses when a man was the decision maker vs a woman? Thought Starter: I used to work in fashion and we’d always that women dress for other women, not men.

I am a HCM professional with about 6 years of working experience. Right now I am interviewing (final stages of interviewing) for a great role at a great company. The thing that makes me uneasy is that I recently started seeing someone who works for the same company (granted I had applied before seeing this person).
