CD here with 17 years exp., 14 at same agency (comms). Because of our business model I’ve been able to advance to a title that isn’t in line with an ad agency. Many hats worn and missed out on some valuable years of grinding on creative because I was saddled with fin, ops, staff, etc. We continue to staff up with big ad agency hitters and im starting to feel I don’t fit the mold. My book doesn’t hold a candle to some of these CDs. Feeling obsolete and in danger. Any wisdom or similar exp?
