Do you ever feel depressed for no reason at all? Some days are really bad for me. I get super anxious , depressed, no motivation to do anything. Other times, i am generally in a good mood. There is no specific pattern here. I am thinking of going to a therapist but what if it's one of my fun days. On my happy days, i can barely think recall this side of me.
