That WFH life:

I'm a PHP/ Magento developer with overall 6 years of experience and getting 10lakhs per annum. For all these years I worked in mid and small level companies and now willing to try MNC. I'm looking for complete work from home and what package would they offer the maximum.

Has your employer asked you to relocate at the office location yet? If not, do you have a date from them? Or are you the lucky one to get permanent WFH?

In light of rising crimes in subway along with return to office, have your employers provided any perks/offerings to alleviate the commute burden/danger? One friends company provides Lyft credit everyday, which would definitely motivate me to go to the office more.

Im a contractor. Another firm has reached out for 100% remote work for basically a lateral move. I really like where I’m at right now. I’m remote but if I turn to FTE which is very possible later this year I would probably end up having to go in 1 or 2 days a week to NYC. My manager knows this is basically a dealbreaker for me. Should I let my manager know I have another firm reaching out but I really want to stay but I’d need to be a remote FTE? They mentioned several times I’m an asset.

Anyone else looking to negotiate full-time telework, or has successfully?

I work in public sector and though my position has been entirely remote, I was surprised to find that they're requiring me back in soon after 2 years. I moved to my current company just a month back but Amazon process was in progress, so leaving in probation. I don't think they considered TC of my current company (17 LPA from 7.5 LPA) as it's been just a month. Any views regarding the offer and TC offered.
