Your mindset! You’ll often get asked, why are you leaving an agency. Agencies are a great boot camp to give you SO MANY skills! When asked, give your agency props for giving you these skills and that you are looking for a company that can really benefit from what you have learned. You don’t want to burn and turn these skills spread thin over too many clients but focus on on company to do big things.
I just left agency life about 9 months ago and it was an adjustment from having a billion things to do to be laser focused on fewer projects for one company. You just have to remind yourself that your new company needs what you have learned from agency life.
Sorry, probably not helpful in your initial job change process but keep in mind when you get to the interviews/hiring stage.
