Hi folks, It's been 22 days since I joined birlasoft. But still I have not been mapped to any project and in induction I have been told this hiring is done based on an already existing requirement. Is it common to not get mapped after these many days of joining? Please share your experience!!! Birlasoft

Dude, just say it with pride and who cares
Bench is awesome! I'd be jealous if you told me.
Dude we don't even think about LOWs until we've hit the 2 month mark on the bench (if you're under A and not on the top of the pay band). Enjoy your time, train, go to the BEACH it's hot, etc. being on the bench this time of the year is awesome. You can help out on any proposals that you find interesting or wait till August September to get your pick of the new projects awarded instead of having to politic around rolling off your current project. I was literally paid by Booz Allen to study for my GMATs last year on the bench and then have enough time to roll on a project nice project.
Feel you OP. Then when managers ignore your outreach emails 👎
Booz Allen needs to hire less across the board
@BA2 agreed. We are on a crazy hiring spree to fill contracts that we've won but I feel like we're completely neglecting our Boozers on the bench. Sad!
It's all about messaging. "Oh, I'm in a recovery period. Figured I'd milk a few days on the beach so I could come back swinging. I'm loving this 4pm happy hour life".
What is this "bench" you speak of?
Lmao idk man going on a free vacation while they're on their 8-7 days sounds pretty sweet
I want to be on the bench!!
