Hi guys. I am at Level 11 in Accenture Strategy as a Management Consulting Analyst at 21 LPA fixed, joined at 3 years workex on 2021 Auguts and would have 4 years overall workex and 1 year with Accenture. How much % hike should I expect in the FY ending this August 2022.
Please suggest. I am also eligible for promotion in the next half yearly cycle in 2023 June.
you won’t reach that number being loyal to one client/ company!
keep searching and applying- use referrals- and make sure you ask companies to match industry standard and keep negotiating and turning them down otherwise

That's so true bro
Thank you 😇
I do agree with most of the suggestions provided!. In your case, you have two options:
1. Prepare really well and get into a good product based company (preferably a Start-Up).
2. Get the offer from a company, give interview based on that offer and counter the offer.Repeat until you reach to a good CTC

Thank you bro ..
That's very practical
Look what skill set they have... You will find DSA is common in all those entry level job with 20-30 LPA PKG...

At 1.5 yoe, u r still considered as fresher bro. Keep trying and upskill in parallel
Chief
Sure bro 😇
I'd suggest, learn a 'funky' skillset and then switch every 1½ / 2 years! You'll be there sooner than you realise 😊
Chief
Haha .. thanks 😁
here I am who is on 17 LPA after 11 yoe. mistake: didnt changed company due to comfort zone. Now nobody giving me more than 50%. hence change is mandatory. WLF and comfort zone is biggest myth we have.

I've got 1.5 yoe.
Looks like I am not the only one who is underpaid. Another thing is that you really can't guess the maximum package. There are so many factors. We just hear people saying that they are getting 40-50 ,. 1 cr packages. But no one tells how many switches they made, what was their base salary, technology stack, skills , certifications... Every factor matters.
I personally had a conversation withy HR, she said your feedback is amazing but we can't give you X amount. When I argued that you are hiring people with experience lesser than mine at more package, she said that's because their base( current CTC) is more than yours. We can't give you more than a certain percentage above your CCTC.
Correct. Hr will not.take pain to take exception approvals for a candidate. I also interviewed with some companies and they max could go for 40 percent. No.mattrr what ur salary. Hence change and switch is mandatory
