Which of these offers would you take if all were in the same city?

Offer 1 Consulting: 142k base, 7 - 9% bonus (most job security)

Offer 2 Start Up: 155k base, no bonus, 150k RSUs total over 4 years if they IPO

Offer 3 Tech: 140k base, 7 - 14% bonus, 60k RSUs total over 3 years (public company so no worries about IPO)

Just received an email for 2nd video panel interview with IBM for 1.5 hours via webex, 4 ppl. 1st was 35 mins. 3 ppl. Any IBMers willing to shed some insight? How many rounds do they usually have candidates go through before identifying final/extending offer? And are offers pretty firm or is there room for negotiation?
